If the repair fails within 90 days, we’ll come back and take care of it at no additional labor cost, and no additional diagnostic fee. Simple as that.​

• Unrelated issues

• Damage caused by lack of maintenance, misuse, or outside factors (for example, power surges, tree branches, or animals)

• Repairs involving customer-supplied parts, as we cannot guarantee the quality, compatibility, or reliability of components we did not purchase
