Understanding Your Costs
Transparency matters. That’s why most of our repairs come with fixed, upfront pricing. You’ll always know what you’re paying before we start, so there are no surprises.
There are a few exceptions where the cost can vary:

Major parts like blower motors, control boards, and compressors – Prices differ depending on the exact part your system needs. For example, Goodman parts tend to be less expensive than parts for Trane and Carrier systems.

Refrigerant leak repairs – Costs vary based on the severity and location of the leak, and the amount of refrigerant required after the repair.
Even for these variable repairs, we always provide a clear estimate and get your approval before any work begins, so you can make an informed decision.
Diagnostic Fee & After-Hours Policies
Diagnostic Fee: $80
This upfront service charge covers the home visit and a professional system diagnosis. Diagnosing HVAC systems takes skill, experience, and specialized tools. This fee reflects the time and expertise needed to accurately identify the issue.
Beginning January 2026, diagnostic fees will no longer be waived or applied toward repair costs. We’ve adjusted our pricing for other services to keep overall costs fair and transparent for our customers.
After-Hours & Emergency Service
We’ve got your back around the clock for real emergencies - we're just a call or text away. That said, we also value family time.
If a request falls outside our regular hours (Monday–Friday, 8am–6pm), a $100 convenience fee may apply to account for the time taken away from home.
Payments & Methods
Payment is due at the time of service once the work is completed. For repairs requiring multiple visits or special-order parts, a deposit may be collected at the initial visit, with the remaining balance due upon job completion.
We accept cash, check, and all major credit cards, as well as CashApp and Venmo. Most jobs can also be financed using "Buy Now, Pay Later" options through Affirm or Afterpay.

Chillax Premium Membership
Our Chillax Premium Membership keeps your system running efficiently with regular maintenance and priority service. By staying on top of upkeep, you can prevent surprises and extend the life of your system, all while enjoying peace of mind.
Financing
While “Buy Now, Pay Later” options like Affirm and Afterpay work for most jobs, the interest rates can get pricy for larger repairs. For jobs over $1,000, we partner with Hearth to provide monthly payment options. Get the work done now without stressing your budget.
Chillax Care Program
The Chillax Care Program is a community-supported, pay-it-forward initiative designed to help local families who cannot afford critical HVAC repairs. Built on neighbor-to-neighbor care, the program ensures no one is left without safe heating or cooling.
