Make annual maintenance easier on your wallet by spreading the cost out over the year, so you can stay comfortable without the financial stress.​

 

Includes:

• Annual Air Conditioning Tune-Up
  We'll call to remind you in the Spring, making sure your system is ready to handle the summer heat.

• Annual Furnace Tune-Up
  We'll call to remind you in the Fall, confirming safe operation before cold hits.

• Bi-Annual Standard Filter Replacement
  We'll replace your filters for you in the Spring and Fall when we're there for annual AC and furnace maintenance (for common filter sizes: 14x20x1, 14x25x1, 16x20x1, 16x25x1, 20x20x1, or 20x25x1).

• Refrigerant Recharge
  If you need refrigerant added to your system during your AC tune-up, we'll include up to two pounds of R410a refrigerant, or up to 1 pound of R407c or R422d (R22 equivalents) at no additional cost.

• Reduced Diagnostic Fee ($60, down from $80)
  If something does go wrong, we'll reduce the diagnostic fee by $20 to come out and take a look.

• Two After Hours/Emergency Calls per Year
  Roll out the red carpet! We'll come out for after hours/emergency calls without charging our $100 after hours convenience fee

Full Control Over Your Membership
Need to update your payment information or cancel your Premium Membership? No sweat! Click “Manage Payment Information” below. Enter the email address tied to your membership, and you’ll receive a secure link to your Stripe customer portal. From there, you can update your billing info, change your payment method, or cancel your membership anytime.

We intentionally designed the Premium Membership so that you’re always in control. You enter your own payment information directly, and you can update your subscription status or payment method at any time. We want to give you peace of mind, knowing you can make changes quickly and easily, without any hassle or hurdles.
