Privacy Policy

​Collection & Storage of Customer Information

We collect basic contact information (names, addresses, email addresses, and phone numbers) to create and maintain customer files. This information allows us to stay in touch, provide estimates, send invoices and receipts, and deliver occasional reminders about important services.

We also keep records of work performed on customer systems. This helps us provide accurate diagnostics, maintain continuity of care, and manage parts and labor warranties effectively.

Payment Information

We do not store credit/debit card or bank account information in-house.​​

  • Premium Membership Payments: Payment information is entered directly by the customer into Stripe’s secure system. We do not see or store this information, and members can update or cancel their payment method at any time through their Stripe customer portal.

  • Credit/Debit Card Payments: Card transactions are processed through QuickBooks. Once a card payment is submitted, we cannot view, access, or retrieve the full card details in any form.

  • Check Payments: Checks are stored securely, then either taken to the bank for deposit or deposited via mobile banking app and shredded.

Photos of Our Work

We may collect non-identifying photos of HVAC equipment and completed work for documentation or marketing purposes. These images never include customer faces, personal belongings, addresses, or any information that could identify a customer.

Call Recording & Monitoring

Unlike some companies in the industry, we do not record phone calls, in-home conversations, or service visits, except in rare situations where our safety may be at risk (for example, if a customer becomes hostile).

 

We will never use third-party software to secretly record audio for sales coaching, performance monitoring, or management review.

What We Don’t Do

  • ​We don’t store full credit/debit card numbers.

  • We don’t sell customer data or contact information.

  • We don’t share identifying details without a customer’s permission.

  • We don’t include faces, addresses, or identifiable home features in any photos we share.

  • We don't record phone calls or in-home conversations using hidden monitoring tools or third-party audio analysis software.
