Pricing Update:

Starting January 1, 2026, diagnostic fees will no longer be waived or applied toward repair costs.

To keep things fair for our customers, we’ve adjusted individual pricing for other services so overall costs remain reasonable. You can find our current price list for the most frequently requested services below.

Upfront Pricing for Services

When we talk about fair, transparent pricing, we mean it.

As a small, family-owned business, we skip the big office buildings and fancy AI scheduling, and pass the savings on to you! Your safety and comfort are our top priority. We focus on accurate diagnostics, honest recommendations, and practical repairs, while keeping costs as low as possible without cutting corners. You’ll notice that we don’t list system installation pricing here. Our focus is on helping your existing system last as long as possible, and we only recommend replacement when it’s truly necessary. If you have any questions about our pricing or services, please don’t hesitate to contact us. We’re always happy to help.

Pricing FAQs

What’s included in an AC tune-up?

An AC tune-up is a full system check designed to keep your air conditioner running efficiently before the summer heat arrives.

During a tune-up, we inspect and clean the condenser coils, check refrigerant levels and pressures, test electrical components and connections, inspect the blower motor and blower wheel, and verify proper thermostat operation. We also check the condensate drain line and tighten system connections.

Regular maintenance helps your system run more efficiently, keeps energy bills lower, and reduces the risk of unexpected breakdowns during the hottest weeks of the year.

Why are some services listed as “price varies by type”?

We try to provide fixed pricing whenever possible so customers know exactly what to expect. However, some services can vary significantly depending on the system. Factors like the equipment brand, refrigerant type, system size, and the specific parts required can all affect the final cost.

When a service is listed as “price varies by type,” it simply means the price depends on the specific system and materials involved. In these cases, we’ll always explain the options and provide clear pricing before work is performed.

What’s included in a heating tune-up?

A heating tune-up ensures your system is safe, reliable, and ready for colder weather.

During the service, we inspect the heat exchanger for any cracks or damage, and measure carbon monoxide levels to ensure safe operation. We check electrical components and connections, test safety switches, clean the flame sensor, and check the burners. We also inspect the inducer motor, flue and venting, test thermostat operation, and inspect the blower motor and blower wheel.

Routine maintenance helps improve system performance, identify safety concerns early, and extend the life of your heating equipment.

When is payment due for services?

Payment is due at the time of service once the work has been completed. If you need to make special arrangements, please let us know before your appointment.

For repairs requiring multiple visits or special-ordered parts, a deposit may be collected at the initial visit. The remaining balance would then be due upon completion. This is handled on a case-by-case basis.

If cost is a concern, you may be eligible for financing, payment arrangements, or community assistance options, depending on the situation.
